Aging Tales processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

6.    Internet browser and device type

1 and 4 are stored if you respond via the contact form. All other information is simply recorded by Google Analytics.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Aging Tales does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 18. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 17. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at agingtales@proton.me, and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Aging Tales processes your personal data for the following purpose:

We analyse your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

How long we retain personal data

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. For example, your name and email address are retained for as long as we are still exchanging information.

Sharing personal data with third parties

As Aging Tales uses Google Analytics, personal data from visitors is collected. Information is therefore not actively shared with others, but this does occur via Google Analytics.

To protect your privacy as much as possible, a data processing agreement has been concluded with Google and data sharing has been disabled. Furthermore, the IP address is anonymised in the Google Analytics code.

Cookies, or similar technologies, that we use

Ontwikkelkunzt uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. Aging Tales uses cookies with a purely technical function. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferred settings are remembered. These cookies are also used to ensure the website functions correctly and to enable its optimisation. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously stored via your browser settings.
